CUSTOMERS LOVE OUR ROLL DECKING

Average Customer Rating 5/5

Terry S.

Roll Decks are a really great solution either permanent or temporary. We used it for our birthday party to make our deck look brand new and left it after. It's 6 months passed and our deck looks as new!

Nancy A.

It's a natural wood product and we installed it with my husband in one hour. So happy we have it on top of our old deck.

Danny K.

It's amazing to get a brand new deck with no installation and construction headache on our yard over a weekend! Glad I did see this solution instead of starting a few months' construction project!

EASY AND CHEAP WAY TO UPGRADE YOUR DECKING

Just roll out the Roll Decks to cover your old deck. Your old deck should be structurally good. This is a fast, stylish, durable, and eco-friendly solution for temporary or permanent installation. Roll decks are made from real thermo-treated Ash decking boards, but just twice thinner to make them lighter in weight, and tied together on the back for fast and easy installation. It's a DIY project - you don't need to pay for labor to remove your old deck and to pay for the installation of the new one if you just need to upgrade the look of your current deck.

Por Roll Decks may cover any surface - wood, concrete, grass, sand, or ground. The surface just should be flat. The planks in Roll Deck are 5" wide and oiled with UV protection to ensure they continue looking their best come rain or shine.

ADVANTAGES OF THERMO-TREATMENT

Essential Durability
Thermo treatment is a chemical-free process that results in unmatched durability plus natural resistance to termites and pests.

Lowest Maintenance
The improved dimensional stability allows for extended maintenance intervals compared to other wood products.

Repels Moisture
Thermally-treated wood naturally repels moisture to prevent warping, shrinking, and swelling of the wood.

Class B Fire Rating
Reduced combustibility due to thermo-treatment.

Exotic wood look

The brown color is consistent beyond the surface.

ABOUT RUBBER STRIPS ON THE BACK

Roll Decking boards are connected with the rubber strips on the back, allowing for a necessary space between boards. Easy-to-cut rubber strips also allow Roll Decks to fit to any length of installation space.

We use an eco-friendly EPDM backing rubber material to fasten the planks together. The special profile of the rubber prevents the Roll Deck from slipping on any surface. The rubber does not leave any marks on the surfaces. You can place several roll floors together; they will not slip and don't need additional connectors.

ROLL DECKING SET UP TIPS

  • The Roll Decks don't require professional installation as they are easy to roll out and place to your old deck or any other surface.

  • Avoid bumping surfaces and if you put it on your old deck, please be sure that it's reasonably flat with no cupping boards. Cut any protruding parts with a portable manual planer.

  • Remember, that Roll Decking is not designed for structural applications or to hold any weight being on the air. It may cover gaps up to 6 in. wide, but not more.

  • Direct ground contact is allowed.

  • If you need to cut boards, use chop or table saw. Saw speed will have an effect on the cut quality; generally, the higher the saw power, the better the cut quality.

  • Set up Roll Decking crossing boards of Roll Decking to the boards of your existing deck.

  • Roll Decks don't need to be attached to the old deck. If you decide to make this installation more permanent, use self-tapping composite screws (stainless steel ones are the best) to provide the best result, otherwise, pre-drill holes if using nails and screws.

  • Fasteners should be applied a minimum of 5/8" from the board edge and the board ends.

  • A high-quality sealant with UV protection should be used after the first one to two years.
